The "One Ring" of the Federal Reserve

One RingWhen I talk to people who have never even heard of the Federal Reserve, I often use an analogy based on the above quote from The Lord of the Rings trilogy. (That is after I first disavow them of the notion that the dollar is loosely backed by gold, which even I will admit believing was true just two years ago.)
Today’s FED is a group of bankers who have the “Money Power” over all other banks and the money supply. This awesome power is like that of Tolkien’s One Ring, which controlled all of the other Rings of Power worn by men, elves, and dwarves. Can you imagine what YOU could do if you could snap currency into existence simply by writing a check to yourself? FULL ARTICLE

Some Costs of the Great War

The costs of the Great War were truly astronomical. As with the number of stars, the final accounting is in God’s hands. The slaughters, the treasure, the faith in some kind of order of society – all of these were costs of the war. As Wilfred Owen suggested in his terrible poem “Strange Meeting,” the culture of Europe seemed hell-bent on trekking away from progress toward something that literary historian Paul Fussell would later call the troglodyte world: a kind of Hobbesian vision, one might say, rendered in pen and ink by Otto Dix. Costs indeed. FULL ARTICLE

Who Owns the Fed

So, who owns the Federal Reserve? Well, it certainly is not the US government, as many would suppose. In fact, I have found that quite a few – including myself last year – who are roughly aware of how the FED works but believe that the owners of the FED is a secret. Well, it is not.  FULL ARTICLE

Freedom From Government

Money is the Trojan horse that government uses to infiltrate and infect organizations.  Funding that, on the outset, is designed to strengthen and support, will bureaucratize and regulate in the end.  It is sad to see charities now having reason to focus on lobbying, regulatory compliance and paper pushing to get and retain money taken by force, rather than beefing up private, voluntary fundraising activities. Feeling Empowered?

Here’s a thought:  instead of swooning over recycled, substance-free political rhetoric, and thinking that having a minority tyrant is going to help things, how about if we each judge people according to the content of their character?  (A wacky idea, I know.)  This country is about to see the character of their new Messiah, and they’re not going to like what they see.  FULL ARTICLE

Presidents, Power, and A People’s Attorney

In early December, 2008 I drove to the home of Charlotte Dennett in rural Vermont to speak with her not only about her recent run for Attorney General of the State of Vermont, but also about Thy Will Be Done, a book she and her husband, Gerard Colby, had published in 1995-a book extremely relevant to the most recent, and in fact all, recent American presidential elections. I wanted to find out what motivated her to run for Attorney General of Vermont with the promise that if she were elected, she would appoint Vince Bugliosi, author of The Prosecution of George W. Bush For Murder, as special prosecutor to charge the lame duck President with murder, and also, to learn more about her and Colby’s research and how they became involved in the project.  FULL ARTICLE

Deutschland uber alles

I wrote this on 7 March 2002.  Nobody listened then, and I don’t think they’re listening now.

Well, let’s see now:

America has been betrayed by an international conspiracy of Islamic terrorists and their sympathizers in the United States, WTO and NAFTA protesters, Constitutionalists, and a handful of Congressmen and Senators. Continue reading →

So What?

You never know when as President you will need to eavesdrop on American citizen’s e-mail, and telephone contacts. You never know when you will need to arrest and hold an American citizen indefinitely without charge, without access to legal counsel, without the benefit of habeas corpus in a hidden floating brig. You never know when the President will need to authorize his underlings to break longstanding international agreements and treaties such as the Geneva Convention.  FULL ARTICLE

Political Power and its Peddlers

It is both lamentable and strange that some desperate political apostles should be willing to continue to suppress our individual sovereignties and enslave us through the political process of elections. But that many of our contemporaries, and apparently civilized people, should approve of, and practice, this vicious and degenerate custom, without a care as to the evils it breeds, must be astounding to all those who have faithfully and energetically committed some time to the study of the subject of human government. How the Federal Reserve Runs the US

Let’s be clear at the outset.  The US Federal Reserve, Bank of England, Bank of Japan and the European Central Bank (for the 12 European countries that adopted the single euro currency in 1999) are institutions with enormous power far beyond what most people everywhere can imagine.  These most dominant of all central banks, as well as most others, have a powerful influence on the financial conditions in virtually all countries including their own, of course, in an increasingly borderless financial world where a significant economic event in one nation can affect most others for better or worse.  FULL ARTICLE
