But how to keep it? Franklin, a lover of Liberty admits the republican form of government but does not eliminate democracy from it. For our constitution claims Of, By, and For the People. No the people must form an Assembly and utilizing our Democratic Power, tell congress and the administrator president just what they can and cannot do. Yes we can.
