Washington is telling us that our problems result from a lack of consumer spending. Therefore, the solution is for government spending to pick up the slack. We don’t need to spend, spend spend. That’s a big part of the problem!
No more plasma tv’s, no more cars, no more appliances, no more house remodeling, no more…..stuff!

WWJB is an amazing film!! Just saw it this weekend for the first time, actually. I think it ties in with what Schiff is talking about – the best way to resist the corporatist structure is to resist giving them our dollars. Save it, invest it, and don’t waste it!
