Without massive cuts around the board, any increases will just add to the disaster that's coming. So take ALL of the "pork" from the USAF, Army & Navy and give it the Coastguard & USMC...I am very sure those 2 step children of the pentegon will be better stewards of what they would be given. good article..but for myself,the pentegon needs to increase the budget of the Coast Guard as they are and have been for ages,the first line of defence on the USA’s coastal borders. The massive spending of money the don't have can't last forever.
