I can't punish Bush myself and all the citizens of America can't punish him either -unless the Courts and two parties help, and rest assured they won't.   But the citizens of America can punish the Republican Party and by doing so will be sending a warning to the Democratic Party to get right with the people or suffer the same fate as the Republican Party.
