The Philosophy of Liberty

I’ve mentioned the following before, but not recently, and not nearly often enough.  In short, this is the best, most succinct summary of human freedom I’ve ever seen. It’s nothing short of brilliant in its simplicity, clarity, and obvious truth.

What amazes and sickens me is that such basic, self-evident truths are completely absent from what “normal” Americans think about.  The average American college grad fails to comprehend what every six- year-old should be able to understand.  It takes a lot of training (indoctrination) to have people NOT understand what is so painfully obvious, and what is expressed so plainly in the presentation at the link above.

So I think you should all forcibly coerce everyone you know into watching it.  (That was sarcasm, if you couldn’t tell.)
